Principal David Conger

David Conger is the new principal at LEAP Academy. He started his career teaching mathematics in grades 6-8. In 2014, Conger began working for the Hamilton County Education Service Center. He spent two years as the assistant principal at Covedale Elementary School.

While working with Hamilton County Education Service Center, he worked with teachers to plan, develop and implement student-centered math lessons. In addition, he created and delivered professional development opportunities at building and district levels. This work has prepared Conger to transition into the principal position at LEAP Academy. Conger is "honored and humbled to begin to be the principal at LEAP Academy this school year as we continue to prepare students for life."
