Jennifer Miller Receives Top Honor at Tri-State STEM Conference
Jennifer Miller, a grade 4 math educator at Fairview Clifton German Language School, was recently bestowed with the Outstanding STEM Educator Career Achievement Award at the Tri-State STEM Conference. The event, attended by hundreds of regional K-12 education professionals, celebrates excellence in STEM education.
With over three decades of dedicated service, Jennifer's innovative teaching methods and commitment to STEM education in the classroom have left an impact not only at Fairview Clifton but the greater school community.
"Jen is an incredible educator. Her students benefit from the innovative teaching strategies she uses on a daily basis,” lauded Principal Savannah Rabal. “Jen contributes to our school community as a teacher leader and community builder.”
The award recognizes Jennifer's outstanding contributions to STEM education, emphasizing her pivotal role in shaping young minds in grades 3-6. Beyond her teaching role, Mrs. Miller served as a Demo Teacher/Coach for the district, sharing her tech-infused math wisdom with other educators.
“I am extremely humbled and honored to have my work recognized by the STEM community,” said Jennifer Miller. “This has been my calling for the majority of my life and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love.”
